Cast in place anchors for concrete deck complete with urethane insulated hollow steel post and base plate, fixed eye, flashing with triple pressure grommet seal, and "L" bolt for casting in place. The top of the anchor is available in three different options:
- With galvanized forged eye (FARA-5.) For all stainless steel anchor, specify FARA-15SS.
- With stainless steel forged eye (FARA-15). For all stainless steel anchor, specify FARA-15SS.
- With stainless steel U Bolt eye (FARA-15U). For all stainless steel anchor, specify FARA-15USS.
Recommended Use: For all flat roofs as fall arrest roof anchors for securing workers' lifelines or the tying the back of suspended access equipment such as outrigger beams and parapet wall clamps. Suitable for the suspension of boatswain chair.
